Cambodian workers can try again to hold a US frozen shrimp importer liable for attempting to benefit from their forced labor at a seafood processing facility in Thailand, the Ninth Circuit said Friday.

Congress amended a federal trafficking law shortly after an earlier US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit panel rejected the workers’ claims.
