District Court Says Nurse’s Bias Lawsuit Not Barred by Bankruptcy Case Omissions

A nurse fired by a Nashville, Tenn., hospital after alleged drug testing missteps can proceed with her disability bias lawsuit despite her failure to inform a bankruptcy court that she had filed the lawsuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee ruled May 10 (Clifton v. Tennessee Prof’l Assistance Program).
