A small group of unionized Disneyland Resort performers will get to vote on joining a broader, longstanding unit at the company’s theme parks in Southern California, the National Labor Relations Board ordered.
The NLRB on Wednesday reversed a regional director’s decision that rejected a union’s bid to let the smaller group of workers—performers in a show called “Fantasmic!”—join the unit of workers who perform in shows throughout Disneyland and Disneyland California Adventure.
