A Wisconsin federal district court granted summary judgment to Firstech on the claims of a recruiter that he was retaliated against and later discharged for his opposition to the company’s discrimination against another employee, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ruling that the recruiter was only a potential participant in the investigation and lawsuit regarding the other employee, and therefore hadn’t engaged in protected activity as defined under the ADA.
