A California healthcare company must repay unionized workers at four facilities for withheld wage raises and rehire a nurse after a National Labor Relations Board judge ruled it had violated federal labor law numerous times.
Satellite Healthcare, Inc., a dialysis provider, unlawfully threatened workers, refused to give merit pay increases to unionized staff, and changed workplace rules during and after the employees’ unionization campaign in 2022 and 2023, NLRB Administrative Law Judge Brian Gee held Wednesday.
