The Department of Homeland Security released a final rule Friday updating 2017 rules that established the program, which provides entrepreneurs a path to come to the U.S. using parole in lieu of visas. Those rules called for the investment thresholds to update every three years to align with the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers.
