Forty House Democrats are calling on President
The lawmakers pressed Biden in a letter Thursday to use his authority under the Procurement Act to issue an executive order.
“Forced arbitration clauses leave millions of private-sector, non-unionized workers without fair means to seek justice when they have been subjected to workplace discrimination, making all Americans less safe at work,” said the letter, which was led by Reps.
