Delta Flight Attendants Get $15.9 Million Paystub Deal Court Nod

Delta Air Lines Inc. and flight attendants who say the company’s wage statements didn’t comply with California law can move forward with a $15.9 million settlement, a federal judge said.

The deal covers nearly 4,200 workers and wraps up the case after nine years of litigation, including trips to state and federal appellate courts, according to settlement documents filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Judge William H. Orrick granted preliminary approval Tuesday.
