Deloitte UK Names Whitlock as Chair of Newly Established Board

Deloitte UK announced Jane Whitlock as its board chair, effective June 1, after a confirmatory vote by the professional services firm’s partners.

The announcement comes as Deloitte prepares to establish a new UK board as part of a plan to restructure its Europe, Middle East, and Africa business. Deloitte also elected nine new board members, the firm said Thursday.

Whitlock is a partner in Deloitte’s audit & assurance practice, based in the Midlands. She has held several governance roles since 2022, including as a member of Deloitte’s North and South Europe board.
