Package delivery drivers for Premier Courier, Inc. who say they were underpaid as a result of being wrongly classified as independent contractors will share a settlement that received final court approval.
There are 296 drivers who filed claim forms—out of 653 eligible class members—and will receive payouts. No class members objected to the settlement terms or opted out to preserve their right to file their own lawsuit.
