Dechert Denies ‘Joint’ Employment of Services Provider’s Worker

Dechert LLP denies being the “joint employer” of a man who claims he faced discrimination and retaliation because of his disability while working in its Washington office as a site manager for an administrative support services provider.

Proving “joint employment” is a method for holding a business or other entity liable for the mistreatment of workers directly employed by another entity.
