Security Assurance Management Inc. resolved allegations brought by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that it discriminated and retaliated against a worker because she was pregnant.
The EEOC notified Judge Rudolph Contreras of the US District Court for the District of Columbia on Tuesday that the parties had reached a consent decree.
