The Dallas Stars won’t have to pay attorney’s fees to the Dallas Mavericks after the NBA team won a fight over their shared partnership in the American Airlines Center sports arena, a Texas Business Court judge ruled Monday.
In the final decision in the case pending a possible appeal, Judge Bill Whitehill said each side paying its own fees and costs “is equitable and just.”
