Dallas Equinox Trainers Certified to Proceed in Overtime Suit

Equinox personal trainers in Dallas, Texas, have won conditional certification of their collective action seeking unpaid overtime wages.

But a federal court limited the action to trainers at one gym.

The luxury gym, which has 93 locations nationwide, urges trainers keep some of their work off the books in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, plaintiff Stephanie Rosales alleges.
