DACA Status Revocations Unlawful, ACLU Class Action Says

The Trump administration is not only ending the deferred action for childhood arrivals program, but it’s also revoking the DACA status of immigrants who have done nothing wrong, the American Civil Liberties Union says.

The organization filed a proposed class action Oct. 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of DACA recipients whose status has been revoked by the Department of Homeland Security (Inland Empire - Immigrant Youth Collective v. Duke, C.D. Cal., No. 5:17-cv-02048, complaint filed 10/5/17).
