CSX’s Bias Win Upheld Against Workers Fired Over Benefits Scheme

Six former CSX Transportation Inc. employees on Friday failed to revive a lawsuit challenging their firings after a probe found they engaged in dishonesty in obtaining medical leave.

The ruling by the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit highlighted that evidence of prejudicial harm is needed to prove an employer interfered with a worker’s rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
