Cravath Antitrust Litigator Marriott Jumps to Latham in New York

David Marriott is joining Latham & Watkins after nearly 30 years at Wall Street’s Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

Marriott will be a partner in Latham’s antitrust & competition practice and litigation & trial department in New York, the firm said Friday.

Marriott handles multinational companies through high-stakes disputes and regularly handles precedent-setting antitrust litigation, according to the firm. He has tried disputes in both federal and state courts across the US and successfully handled appeals across numerous industries, including media and entertainment, technology, healthcare and biotech, telecoms, consumer goods, heavy industry, and transportation.
