Workers suffering from “long-haul” Covid-19 may qualify as having a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act “in certain circumstances,” according to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
- The Thursday announcement follows similar guidance issued July 26 by the Justice and Health and Human Services departments. The EEOC has provided technical guidance for workers and employers throughout the global pandemic.
