Court OKs $90M Settlement With Boeing Involving Former Employees’ ERISA Claims

A federal district court has granted preliminary approval to a $90 million settlement between Boeing Co. and a class of former employees who claimed that they were improperly denied both early retirement pension benefits and promised retiree health benefits (Soc’y of Prof’l Eng’g Emps. in Aerospace v.
