Court OKs $90M Settlement With Boeing Involving Former Employees’ ERISA Claims

A federal district court has granted preliminary approval to a $90 million settlement between Boeing Co. and a class of former employees who claimed that they were improperly denied both early retirement pension benefits and promised retiree health benefits (Soc’y of Prof’l Eng’g Emps. in Aerospace v. Boeing Co., D. Kan., 6:05-cv-01251-MLB, preliminary approval of settlement 5/11/15).
