Two former Comcast call center employees cannot pursue a class action claiming the cable company violates Washington wage and hour laws by forcing employees to perform uncompensated preshift work because they cannot show legal or factual issues common to the proposed class predominate over individual questions, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington ruled April 17 (Ginsburg v.
