Bakery workers who allege that Kellogg Co. violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to compensate them for time they spent walking to and from their work stations are entitled to have an expert witness enter the Kellogg plant and conduct an electronic “time and motion study” of employee movements through the facility, a federal court in Kansas ruled Feb. 7 (McDonald v.
