Cooper Automotive Executive Ends Whistleblower Retaliation Suit

Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. and a former vice president who said she was fired for blowing the whistle on efforts to overstate the company’s projected revenues from a new advanced material science project agreed to end her lawsuit, Michigan federal court records show.

Gabrielle Corrent said the retaliation also included the withdrawal of a promised promotion from her position as VP of corporate strategy, mergers, and acquisitions.
