Consulting Company’s Client Letter Sinks H-1B Denial Challenge

An information technology consulting company lost its challenge to the denial of an H-1B petition for a man it planned to hire to work at a Washington state health-care system.

A letter from the health-care system that was submitted in support of KPK Technologies Inc.'s H-1B petition proved fatal to the company’s case, said Judge Sean F.
