Connecticut Hilton Hotel Chef Settles Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

The former executive chef at Connecticut’s Hilton Stamford hotel settled his same-sex harassment and retaliation lawsuit against hotel and asset management company Atrium Hospitality LP.

The US District Court for the District of Connecticut administratively closed Henry Pimentel’s case on Monday. That came after Pimentel and Atrium reached a settlement on Nov. 4 during a conference before a magistrate judge, according to the case docket.

Terms of the pact weren’t included in the court record and counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond Tuesday to Bloomberg Law’s requests for details.
