The US District Court for the Southern District of New York entered an order Tuesday discontinuing Christopher Scholl’s July 2019 suit under New York state and city laws without costs and without prejudice to restoring the case to the court’s calendar upon application of one of the parties. It also adjourned all case “dates and deadlines,” including a scheduled Nov. 2 trial.
