A year into his job at GE HealthCare Technologies Inc., Lucas felt the need to create a space for himself and his colleagues who were passionate about their faiths.

Lucas, who works in the medical technology company’s legal department, initially kept his Christian faith private but later wanted to bring his “whole” authentic self to work.
