Drivers for Uber Technologies Inc. and Lyft Inc., as well as other rideshare and delivery platforms, will be entitled to detailed fee and deactivation disclosures under legislation signed into law by Governor Jared Polis (D).
SB24-075, which passed the Colorado legislature in May and was signed by Polis Wednesday, requires the companies provide drivers with a detailed breakdown of the fees charged to riders by the platform and the earnings paid to the driver, versus those pocketed by the company.
