New parents working at the Cleveland Clinic will receive fully paid parental leave benefits in April 2020, the company announced Dec. 18.
Female workers who give birth will get eight weeks of maternity leave, plus four weeks of parental leave. Non-birthing parents will receive four weeks of leave, the Cleveland Clinic said. The nonprofit academic medical center employs more than 23,500 physicians, nurses, scientists, and advanced-practice providers in Ohio and other states.
