Fashion accessories retailer Claire’s faces allegations it infringed the copyrights in multiple temporary tattoos created by independent designer Love and Madness Inc., according to a new lawsuit filed in a federal court in New York.
Love and Madness, which is based in New York City, allegedly entered into a vendor agreement with Claire’s in 2014 to produce various accessories and beauty products, including the temporary tattoos, to be sold in its stores and on its website.
