Cigna CEO Must Sit for Deposition in CVS Noncompete Suit (1)

Cigna Corp. chief executive officer David Cordani can’t escape being deposed in the health-care company’s lawsuit against CVS Pharmacy Inc. over the alleged poaching of its former executive Amy Bricker.

CVS established that there is a likelihood Cordani has unique or special knowledge that will be pertinent to an upcoming March 30 preliminary injunction hearing, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri ruled March 17.
