Christy Kwon Named California, Nevada NLRB Regional Director

Christy Kwon was appointed regional director of the National Labor Relations Board Region 32, which encompasses northern and central California and northern Nevada, the agency announced Monday.

Kwon will oversee the region’s responsibilities of conducting elections, investigating unfair labor practice charges, and protecting the right of workers to act collectively to improve their wages and working conditions, the agency said.

She was previously a regional attorney of the Region 32 office in Oakland, Calif.
