Christian Teacher Can Pursue Some Claims Over Transgender Policy

An Indiana school district must face an evangelical Christian teacher’s claims that religious discrimination forced him to resign after he refused to comply with his high school’s new transgender name-and-pronoun-use policy, a federal judge in Indianapolis ruled.
