Chiron Financial Sued for Unpaid Overtime, 401(k) Contributions

Four former Chiron Financial LLC workers sued the investment banking and financial advisory firm, alleging it owes them overtime pay and unremitted retirement plan contributions.

Florence Hirner-Couderc, Candice Hubert, Bryan Phillips, and Micaela Siekmann Guerrero are seeking to represent a class of Chiron Financial employees who the firm failed to compensate for overtime in violation of federal and state wage-and-hour laws, according to the complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
