Chipotle Social Media Policy Unlawful, NLRB Finds

Chipotle Mexican Grill violated federal labor law by maintaining a social media policy that prohibited employees from spreading “inaccurate information” on social media and the company must rescind it, the National Labor Relations Board found Aug. 18 Chipotle Services LLC, 2016 BL 267896, N.L.R.B., 364 NLRB No. 72, 8/18/16
