The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Chipotle asked Judge James S. Moody Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida to approve a consent decree resolving the suit, according to a motion filed Wednesday.
Chipotle also agreed to “maintain anti-discrimination policies and internal complaint procedures” as part of the settlement.
