The Chicago Transit Authority discriminated against employees who sought religious exemptions to its mandatory Covid-19 vaccination policy, a fired bus operator says in a new proposed class action in federal court.
CTA terminated Brandon Harris in April 2022 after his religious exemption request was denied and he failed to be fully vaccinated, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
