CDM Restaurants LLC will pay $60,000 to three applicants as well as enter into a two-year conciliation agreement to resolve a disability discrimination finding made by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at a Culver restaurant franchise in Wesley Chapel, Fla., according to the agency Tuesday.
CDM restaurants allegedly refused to employ three applicants who are deaf or hard of hearing, which would violate the Americans with Disabilities Act, said the EEOC.
