CBS Must Produce Golf Cameraman Sex Harassment Probe Documents

CBS Broadcasting Inc. is required to turn over to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers documents created in connection with the company’s investigation of a cameraman accused of sexual harassment while covering the PGA Tour’s 2020 Pebble Beach tournament, a Manhattan federal judge ruled.

IBEW Local 1200 sought the documents in connection with an arbitration it filed on behalf of the cameraman, who was barred by CBS from receiving any future assignments and disqualified from working for all other ViacomCBS affiliates following the company’s probe.
