Caterpillar Must Face Ex-Employee’s Age Discrimination Claim

Caterpillar Inc. will have to defend itself from a former long-time employee’s age discrimination claim after a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that the lawsuit’s fate should be left to a jury.
