Case: Wage & Hour/Unpaid Wages (M.D. Fla.)

A Florida federal district court primarily denied Circuitronics’ motion to dismiss the claims of an employee that he wasn’t paid full minimum or overtime wages, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and state law, ruling that a magistrate judge’s recommendations and legal conclusions were sound, as well as pointing out that neither party filed any written objections to the magistrate judge’s recommendations on the motion.
