A Kentucky federal district court granted partial summary judgment in favor of three employees claiming a violation of unpaid overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act against semi-truck escort companies, S&E Flag Cars, Flag Cars R Us and I&B Flag Cars, and their owner.
