A New York federal district court granted summary judgment to Dolar Shop Restaurant Group LLC on the claims of a group of restaurant employees that they didn’t receive wage notices and wage statements from their employer, in violation of state law, ruling that the employees didn’t have standing to bring their claims because they didn’t allege any actual injury that occurred from the employer’s failure to provide them with wage notices and statements.
