A former employee may go forward with his claim that National Railway Equipment Company violated the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act and retaliated against him in violation of EPSLA by not paying him sick leave based on his full-time 40-hour work schedule, when he missed two weeks of work to quarantine after a Covid-19 test, a federal court in Kentucky ruled.
