A federal district court in New York declined to approve a joint proposed settlement agreement addressing alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Labor Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law by Hudson Bay Co. and Lord & Taylor LLC, concluding the agreement wasn’t fair and reasonable.
