An Indiana federal district court ruled that S&H Trucking, Inc. is entitled to summary judgment on a dump truck driver’s unpaid overtime claim under the Fair Labor Standards Act, finding that the driver didn’t produce evidence that he worked off-the-clock or that his hours were recorded incorrectly, he didn’t dispute the company’s use of the coefficient method to calculate his overtime pay for quarry work, and the company correctly compensated his quarry overtime with coefficient pay.
