Questions remain about whether or not the lead fell into the act’s administrative exemption because the parties dispute that she exercised discretion and independent judgment through her responsibilities, and whether her “primary duties involved performing office work directly related to the management or general business operations” of its customers, or she merely performed work that kept the production line going.
