Several former employees of a steakhouse in Idaho may proceed with their claims that the restaurant failed to pay overtime wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, a federal district court in Idaho ruled. The court rejected the restaurant’s argument that the employees didn’t state a viable FLSA claim because they failed both to identify specific calendar weeks within the many weeks they allegedly were required to work overtime without compensation, and to provide more factual detail about those weeks.
