A Tennessee federal district court granted motions to dismiss filed by Xtend Healthcare, LLC and Navient Corporation on claims brought by a call center supervisor under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, finding that the supervisor failed to state a claim because an Act provision defining “single site of employment” applies only to mobile workers who travel for work, not to remote (non-mobile) workers like the supervisor who telecommute.
