The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a grant of summary judgment to One Call Claims, LLC on the the Fair Labor Standards Act unpaid overtime wage claims of a group of insurance claim adjusters on the basis that they were independent contractors and not employees, ruling that there was sufficient evidence for a jury to possibly conclude that the adjusters were employees within the scope of the FLSA based on the relevant circumstances and economic realities of the employment relationship.
