An Ohio federal district court partially denied summary judgment to CareStar, Inc. on a retaliation claim under the Family and Medical Leave Act of a case manager who alleged that she was terminated nine days after returning from FMLA leave and that other case managers weren’t terminated for inaccurate note entries, finding that she provided sufficient evidence that CareStar’s proffered reason for her termination could be pretextual.
